Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct texture, length, and size desired. We encourage you to throroughly inspect and examine the hair without breaking the seal, opening the bundles, or tampering with the hair. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance. 


We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns, and the nature of the product, we currently are not accepting returns. Our refund policy states that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale priced items can not be exchanged or refunded because they are FINAL SALE items. Exchanged items will only be replaced with the same item originally ordered. NO SUBSTITUTIONS will be granted. Exchanged Items MUST include a copy of the orginal invoice as proof of purchase. Once your product is reviewed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. IF you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.


1.  Requests must be made within 48 HOURS of receipt of order. You must contact us first via email before returning your package for an exchange. YOU  are responsible for all shipping costs when exchanging hair. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmtion serrvice and/or insurance to protect you package. We will NOT be responsible for lost or non-trackable packages. Shipping Costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Address will be provided on where you can mail the item being exchanged vial EMAIL. Exchanged Items MUST include a copy of the orginal invoice as proof of purchase.       

2. Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.  If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the iCourt Hair Collection seal on the bundle has been broken, or the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, the product will be returned and ALL EXCHANGE POLICIES/OPTIONS WILL BE VOIDED! 

 3.  The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. The hair MUST NOT BE unwrapped, combed or brushed through, fingers can not have ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange. If the hair does not meet ALL of these requirements ,we will return the hair back to you.
