Questions and Answers On All Things Regarding Shipping of our Premium Hair Extensions

STANDARD/ EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please allow up to 4-6 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared for standard shipping. After processing, it will take up to 4 -6 days to receive your package.  You will receive your tracking number immediately after your order is processed and ready to be shipped

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared for express shipping. After processing, it will take up to 2 -3 days to receive your package. You will receive your tracking number immediately after your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

For orders placed prior to 5pm ETS, are considered SAME DAY PROCESSING and the processing time will begin that same day. All orders placed after 5:00 pm ETS are considered NEXT DAY PROCESSING and processing will begin the next business day. All Package Delivery is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please track your package at www.USPS.com. Your tracking number will come to your email.



If you haven't received a tracking number after the 7th business day from placing your order, please contact customer service via EMAIL. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via EMAIL and re-ship the item at OUR expense depending on the situation.

PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY

Processing time for orders can range anywhere between 2 to 7 business days before receiving a tracking number for your order. You will know your order is finished processing when you receive an email notification with a tracking number.  You can use the tracking number to determine the status of the shipped package.


IN MOST CASES, ITEMS WILL SHIPPED BEFORE THE 3RD BUSINESS DAY. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order.


If you have a deadline that you need your product by, it is advised to order far enough in advance to allow for processing, shipping, and any unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE  for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, HOLIDAYS DO NOT COUNT as business days and should not be considered when calculating shipping times.  We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time.


If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please contact customer service via EMAIL with any additional shipping questions. 

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address YOU provide. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT addresses can lead to shipment delays.


Please double check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package. Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.


This means someone must be able to sign for the package at the time of delivery. USPS will usually make multiple attempts to deliver package  and leave a notice of attempts at the delivery address. This gives you the option make arrangements via pickup or alternate delivery using the telephone number or website found on the delivery notice.


It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to arrange for package re-delivery or pickup if necessary. NO REFUNDS will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

DELIVERY AND ORDER DISCREPANCIES

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information from USPS or it has been lost in transit, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.


We will contact USPS right away and initate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. The investigation can take up to 8 to 10 business days, but the ultimate length of time for a decision is pending with USPS.


Once a package leaves our company we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be conducted with the shipping company.  No refunds or replacements will be sent out until a final decision is reached with the shipping company.

If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately via EMAIL to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a valuable option for you, and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.  

In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship the items at OUR expense using EXPRESS SHIPPING.


YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT/DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER OF ANY ERRORS OR DISCREPANCIES WITH YOUR PURCHASE . ANYTHING AFTER 48 HOURS WILL BE ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
